1998年に導入されたバルチラエヤガードシールは、その堅牢性と信頼性が多くの実績で証明されています。
今回、バルチラエヤガードテクノロジーでの実績に基づいた新しいソリューションを開発しました。これにより、ほぼすべての船種に対して費用対効果の高い方法で新造船および現シール装置からのアップグレードの対応を可能にします。
新しいバルチラエアガード2配管および4本配管システムにより、必要作業範囲を大幅に縮小し、工事期間の低減を図ることができます。そしてシール装置内部のオイル循環機構を新たに加えることにより、シンプルな構造でありながらシールの潤滑と冷却の向上を実現しています。

Introduced in 1998 the Wärtsilä Airguard seal has proven itself in the marine industry for its robustness and reliability. We have now developed a new solution based on the successful Wärtsilä Airguard technology, which offers customers a smart way to new build and upgrade almost every vessel type in a lean and cost-efficient way. The new Wärtsilä Airguard 2-pipe and simplified 4-pipe system allows to reduce scope of installation work significantly and limit the work period. And, by equipping a new oil circulation mechanism inside sealing device, system achieves improved seal lubrication and cooling despite its simple structure.

バルチラのハイブリッドソリューションズは排ガス中の硫黄酸化物SOx排出軽減に対し柔軟に対応できることを目標としています。クローズドループモードでは、スクラバーからの排水をプロセスタンクに送り込み、排水を排出することなくシステム内で循環させることができます。
本ハイブリッドソリューションズは、今後変化するグローバル規制または増えつつある排水ゼロ区域に対し、柔軟に対応することが可能になります。

The Wärtsilä hybrid solution allows flexibility in the cleaning of sulphur from the exhaust gases. When operating in closed-loop mode, the wash water circulates from the scrubber unit to a process tank, with seawater being used as make-up replenishment water as needed. We believe this hybrid solution can meet the latest/future emissions legislations.
